Terrible Delivery times.
Purchased an Ipad on good friday and expected delivery time was the friday after so December the 4th which was good as it was a Christmas gift. didn't show and was given no communication of delays until I rang them. It was delayed further and further and I would call them again and again. The customer service was very poor and they never offered solutions to the problem. It didn't end up arriving until december the 29th so after Christmas. Very poor service from Pb Tech and customer service on the phone is incredibly bad. Will not be shopping with them again.
I've used PB Tech for years, they are always reliable & the products arrive promptly.

I love shopping at PB Tech, working within the IT Sector i've always found both instore and their business sales team are always extremely helpful. Between that and the prices I try and avoid shopping elsewhere when possible.

Great prices every time, and customer service is always very easy to get a hold of if there's any issues (which there almost never is). Also their click and collect is always ready to pick up very quickly!

All my purchased have been using their online service and overall I’ve had positive experiences with good service and prompt delivery. There was one purchase made online for an iPhone case and screen protecter that got forgotten about and wasn't actioned until after I contacted their online services about 10 days after it had been accepted. This is unusual and I consider it a one off stuff up on their part.
I've made several purchases online using PB Tech; their website is easy to navigate with excellent descriptions and specifications. Once I've completed the purchase, communication is excellent and I usually receive the goods in a timely manner. I recommend using PB Tech.
PB Tech New Plymouth is staffed by friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help customers.
I often order materials online and arrange to pick them up in store, which means I save on parking fees, as I am in and out in under 10 minutes, so I can park outside the store without getting a ticket.
Would be 5 stars, but where there has been a delayed in stock delivery I had to chase the delivery as opposed to PB Tech letting me know of delays.
Online shopping is easy and convenient.
Product was not new and no reply from complaints.
Love PBTech, always check here first when looking for anything tech. Great service, quick delivery, easy to communicate with and quality products at the best prices. Highly recommend.
